Phonesavanh Saengphachan, a Lao film maker started his journey in film industry as the actor in the movie called, “Huk Am Hum”. He became involved in producing film with Lao New Wave Cinema Production. Phonesavanh has developed into Assistant Director for number of LNWC movies such as Vientiane In Love (2014), Above It All (2015), The Tuktuk Of The Fifth Kind (2018), Expiration Date (2019).

In 2018, directed “ Pondhuk The Series Season 1” which was nominated for the Best Asian Drama Awards in Asia Content Awards 2019, Busan , S.Korea, in 2019.
