Patricia Munster is a professional portrait photographer from The Netherlands! She likes to take beautiful pictures of people because it makes her happy. She is constantly busy making beautiful things. A portrait, a nice photo, a nice magazine or a nice story.
Patricia grew up in Zoetermeer. Exploring photography and using the darkroom of her high school to develop and print her own photos.
Patricia worked in fashion for years after graduating from Amsterdam Fashion Institute. During her work at a large clothing company, she took care of the styling of fashion shows and advertising campaigns. This brought her into contact with various fashion photographers and the seed was planned.
In 2008 she founded her own photography and styling company. In the beginning she focused on fashion photography and now also on portrait photography.
Her great examples are Richard Avedon, Irving Penn and Peter Lindberg. With her fashion photos she wants to match these famous fashion photographers. “I love working with models and clothing. It is always a challenge to get a good picture of both the model and the clothing. ”
My photography has taken me to places where I might not have been otherwise. I love to travel and meet people of all cultures, see the work of famous photographers and fashion designers and visit museums. ”
