Paulo was born in Lisbon in 1975 and is currently living in the mountains near Oporto, in a village called Arouca. He started with photography by the age of 14, with a 35mm camera offered by his father who was an enthusiastic amateur photographer. With a Marketing degree and several other technical courses, including photography, he have worked in different areas, all connected with creativity, keeped photography always as an hobby. Along the years he developed is skils in photography and editing. Only in 2010 he became a professional photographer and since than have been trying hard to find his place in the market. Currently shotting almost everything from weddings to portraits or products (including food photography), is still pursuing the dream to became exclusively a creative portrait and commercial photographer, a creative explorer of the great potential of modern photography and digital art.
