Martin Zurmühle was born and raised in Lucerne, Switzerland. He has been shooting for 45 years in different fields: nature, landscape, architecture and travel photography. Since 2002 he has specialized in shooting people: portrait, nude and erotic photography. As a professional architect, he likes forms, proportions, structures and light. For him photography, architecture and art are related. His photographs have won many international prizes and he has written twelve teaching books about photography. Due to his competitive success he is entitled EFIAP (Excellence FIAP) of the Fédération Internationale de l 'Art Photographique (FIAP).
