Photographer: Anna Bogdan

I’m a Jersey-based amateur photographer from Poland specializing in landscapes, whilst my favourite photography technique is long exposure. I graduated from Jan Kochanowski University in Kielce, faculty of Pedagogy and Art. Fascinated by photography, I have visited 20 countries around the world with my camera. I am inspired by the world around me and nature. I love walking along the seashore, the cliffs and in the forest; it’s where I find my happiness. My greatest passions are photography, travelling, scuba diving and yoga. Most often, I express myself through photography, which has a therapeutic effect on me; allowing me to relax, recharge and express my sensitivity.
My achievements:
- 2nd place in the photography competition "Photography Tells", 2024.
- Awarded in International Chromatic Awards 2024 with honorable mention in Abstract amateur category.
- Qualifying a series of my photos “My place” to be presented online on DODHO Magazine.
- Participation in a group photography exhibition at the Town Hall Photography Gallery in Zamość summarizing the 29th International Biennale of Photography "Monuments", 2025
- The second prize in International Biennial Photography “Monuments”- 2024.
- Participation in an online photography Exhibition in Kielce, Poland, “Light Abstractions”- 2022
