My name is Clazien Boot (1964)
I am a photographer, always looking for beautiful images.
I find creating images a wonderful activity.

I compare the power of photography to the play of light on a diamond,
it does not shine without light.
And it is the light that is important for the perfect photo.
I am inspired by looking around me a lot, so I am always discovering and my creativity is stimulated.


For my graduation project I made a series about vegetables. The series consists of 11 photos of vegetables that I have photographed so that they have a stage, as it were. With a touch of the Middle Ages and a composition like a painting, they have become beautiful images and that's how I came up with the idea to continue with this and to show and sell my work.
