Celal Oflaz
He was born in 1952. He studied Mechanical Engineering. He worked as an engineer and manager in various organizations.
He continues to work in his own business, which he founded in 1992 and produces process control valves.
He started photography as a member of IFSAK in 1976, upon the suggestion of a friend he met during his university years.
He founded "Group f" with a group of friends in 1978.
Oflaz, the founding member of Fotogen, has won many awards at home and abroad. He received the AFIAP title.
