Photographer: Oksana Karashchuk

I am a photographer from Ukraine, because of the war I had to leave for another country. I try to create beauty and I am still looking for myself and my own style.
Since childhood, I loved to take pictures and stop time for a moment. I always dreamed of being a photographer, but something stopped me. When I bought my first camera at the age of 19, I started making my dreams come true. While developing and working on my skills, I worked as anything but a photographer. At the age of 27, I decided that this could not continue. I took matters into my own hands and devoted myself to photography, which I still do today.
I understood that success comes to those who do what they love in life. I like to try my hand at different genres of photography, so I'm still searching for my style.
Now I live in Belgium, enjoying the beauty of European cities, but I dream that the war is over and I could return home to practice creativity and the art of photography there.
