Léo de Andrade is a Software Engineer with an MBA in Business with more than 20 years of career and with passages and international experience as a manager in some multinationals. His experience as a manager of departments and people with his eyes always attentive to everything that surrounded him created a know-how in observing people's behavior and discovering the beauty in the movements, ways, postures and speeches of people at all organizational levels. He has always had photography as his hobby and through it manages to capture and extract the beauty in observing the subject. Associating his professional experience and always specializing in photography, like any hobby when he specializes a lot, this becomes a trade.
