Mark Lazatin lives in Tondo, Manila. He started creating short films in 2018. He is an aspiring filmmaker who studies Bachelor of Arts in Broadcasting at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, and he is also the handler of Markeu Does Films – a one-man production.

Filmmaking was not actually his first love. In fact, he started penetrating the art industry with singing. He joined lots of competition, and was a member of a few chorale group. After years of struggle, trying to find his real passion, Mark finally found his love for filmmaking. Now, he has made several short films that were selected in different film festivals – local and international.
